ROSS GREY, CO-FOUNDER & DIRECTOR
Ross has been an experienced senior leader within the pharmaceutical industry, holding a number of director level commercial roles. Leading several strategic transformations within the UK, he specializes in product launch, business development, business transformation and commercial excellence. Ross has experience in a wide range of therapy areas, including diabetes, immunology and respiratory. Ross holds a first class Honours (BSc) degree from the University of Wales, Swansea.
Dr Joe DiCapite, CO-FOUNDER & DIRECTOR
Joe has extensive experience working in the pharmaceutical industry. He has held a range of positions including leading the Rare Disease Medical function at Roche where he was responsible for regulatory, drug safety, drug quality, and compliance. Before joining the pharmaceutical industry, Joe was an undergraduate at the University of Oxford, where he gained his doctorate and published extensively on immune cell signalling.
Jill Kittle, Head of Operations
Jill leads PR, communications, account/project management, digital marketing, and events Jill brings over 15 years of event, marketing and operations experience having previously held communications and events positions at Napp Pharmaceuticals, Merz Pharma, and Mundipharma International.
Maisie Farrington, Operations Executive
Maisie manages important core day-to-day operations for the team, ensure efficiencies and the projects stay on track. Resourceful and approachable, Maisie previously support a large brand team at Napp Pharmaceutical's.
